This causes a fury of scavenger hunt-like press races to find the Banksy original and snap a photo or grab it before being defaced or stolen by someone else…and then sold at top art galleries for hundreds of thousands to sometimes millions of dollars. This doc is a wonderful and thought-provoking look at the impact Banksy is having on contemporary pop culture and a must-watch for any doc-head interested in learning more about this cultural and worldwide phenomenon that is Banksy.
